Location: Ma Maison Cooking Studio (Tin Hau shop –No.11 Tin Hau Temple Road)

Tutor: Chef Ross Smith

Dishes: Sardines in Miso sauce filled Portobello mushrooms, Prune Juice pork ribs with pineapple, Peaches with macaroon topping

Quota: 10 groups (2 person each group)
