Aside from a host of succulent fresh seafood, chefs have also designed a series of seasonal specialties to satisfy the palates of our guests under the hot weather. Various refreshing and colourful dishes are prepared with Del Monte tomato and fruit products, which include PanSeared Tiger Prawns with Mango, Aloe and Tomato, Wok-fried Ostrich Fillets with Potato, Lychee and Tomato, Roasted Baby Pork Spare Ribs with Peach and Sweet and Sour Shrimps with Peach to entice the appetite of our guests.
