Bolognese Lasagna
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Spaghetti Sauce – Meat Flavour 1 can, Del Monte Stewed Tomato 1 can, Del Monte Tomato Paste 1 tbsp, Onion (Chopped) 1/2, Carrot (Chopped) 1, Garlic 1 tbsp, Minced beef 200g, Dry Thyme 1 tbsp, Bay Leaf 1 pc, Red Wine 50ml, Lasagna 8-10 pcs, Shredded Parmesan Cheese 5 tbsp, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 5 tbsp
 
Marinade
Sugar, Salt, Pepper a pinch
 
Steps
1.
Saute Garlic, Onion and Carrot with butter. Fry beef and Tomato Paste to medium cooked. Add Spaghetti Sauce.

Pour Red Wine and stir until alcohol streamed over medium heat. Add diced tomato slices, Bay Leaves and Thyme. Cook over low heat for 30 mins until the sauce becomes thick. Add seasoning.

Place a layer of Lasagna over square-type baking tray. Place meat sauce over floor. Sprinkle with Cheese. Place another layer and repeat 4 times. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese over the top of meat sauce.

Put into preheated oven at 180ºC and bake for 15-20 mins.
