Mixed Berries and Chia Seed Pudding in Prune Juice
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Prune Juice 400ml, Del Monte Raisins 40g, Blueberries 50g, Strawberries 100g, Coconut Milk 200ml, Honey 2 tbsp., Chia Seed 3tbsp.

Decoration:
Del Monte Raisins appropriate, Strawberries (Cut into half) appropriate, Pistachio appropriate, Mint appropriate
 
Del Monte Prune Juice
Steps
1.
Dice the strawberries and cut into half (reserve two pieces for decoration).

Put the blueberries, raisins, and half of the diced strawberries in the pot. Add the prune juice and cook over medium-low heat until soft (about 15 minutes). Do not use a wok to crush the ingredients during cooking.

Leave it to cool down after cooking.

Mix the chia seeds, honey and coconut milk. Wait for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds to swell.
5.
Take a glass, spread a layer of strawberry diced pear. Then, place a layer of coconut milk chia seeds and a layer of mixed berries in prune juice. Finally, cover with a layer of coconut milk chia seeds.
6.
Add appropriate amounts of strawberries, raisins, pistachios and mints to the surface according to personal preference for decorations.
