Ingredients
|
Del Monte Prune Juice 400ml, Del Monte Raisins 40g, Blueberries 50g, Strawberries 100g, Coconut Milk 200ml, Honey 2 tbsp., Chia Seed 3tbsp.
Decoration: Del Monte Raisins appropriate, Strawberries (Cut into half) appropriate, Pistachio appropriate, Mint appropriate

Steps
|
|
Dice the strawberries and cut into half (reserve two pieces for decoration). |
|
Put the blueberries, raisins, and half of the diced strawberries in the pot. Add the prune juice and cook over medium-low heat until soft (about 15 minutes). Do not use a wok to crush the ingredients during cooking. |
|
Leave it to cool down after cooking. |
|
Mix the chia seeds, honey and coconut milk. Wait for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds to swell. |
|
Take a glass, spread a layer of strawberry diced pear. Then, place a layer of coconut milk chia seeds and a layer of mixed berries in prune juice. Finally, cover with a layer of coconut milk chia seeds. |

Add appropriate amounts of strawberries, raisins, pistachios and mints to the surface according to personal preference for decorations. |
