Steps
Make the crumble first. Mix the all-purpose flour with sugar and sea salt. |
Mix in unsalted butter and vanilla oil. Rub it with your fingers until it turns to blocklike pieces. (it is best to wear rubber gloves to reduce the melting speed of the butter). Then put it in the refrigerator. |
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the cranberries, raisins, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, sugar, cinnamon powder, corn flour and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix well with a spoon until sugar and corn flour are nearly fused. |
Take the 20cm mould or cast iron pot. Scoop in all the mixed berry fillings, and cover with the crumbles. (some of the crumbles can be larger to increase the taste). |
Put in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or the surface turns golden brown. |
Feel free to enjoy it with ice cream. The taste is endless! |
