Greek Salad with Sardines in Lemon Sauce
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Japanese Sardines in Lemon Sauce 1 can, Bell pepper 2 pcs, Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs, Cucumber 1/2 pcs, Onion 1/4 pcs, Black olives 1 tbsp, Lettuce 1 bowl, Feta cheese 100g (about half cup)
 
Marinade
Seasoning:
Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tbsp, Salt 1 pinch, Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
 
Del Monte Japanese Sardines in Lemon Sauce
Steps
1.
Chopped bell pepper, cucumber, onion, Feta cheese in dices and olives in slices. Put them all into a large bowl.

Cut sardines by halve.
3.
Mix extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar well with (1). To serve, place (2) on top and season with salt.
