Baked Mash Potato with Sardines in Tomato Sauce
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Japanese Sardines in Tomato Sauce 1 can, Del Monte Whole Potatoes 1 can, Cheese 50g, Milk 200ml, Salted butter 10g

Seasoning:
Salt and black pepper 1 pinch
 
Del Monte Japanese Sardines in Tomato Sauce
Steps
1.
Chop the potatoes. Melt butter on a saucepan, add in potatoes and mash it with a fork. Pour milk into the saucepan slowly and keep stirring. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Preheat oven to 180°c, spread mash potatoes on baking plate, top with sardines in tomato sauce.

Sprinkle cheese on top, bake for 15 minutes.
