1 can of Del Monte Sardines in Lemon Sauce 1/2 avocado 1/4 French Baguette A splash of lemon juice 4 pieces of basil leaves (for decoration) |

Marinade
|
A pinch of salt & pepper |

Steps
|
|
Remove the pit from avocado. Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh then cut into slices. |
|
Slice Baguette and toast them in an oven or air fryer. Then, place the avocado on top and season with salt and pepper. |
|
Smash the sardines and put on the toasts, splash some lemon juice and top with basil leaves. |
|
