Lemon Sardine on Avocado Toast
   
Ingredients
1 can of Del Monte Sardines in Lemon Sauce
1/2 avocado
1/4 French Baguette
A splash of lemon juice
4 pieces of basil leaves (for decoration)
 
Marinade
A pinch of salt & pepper
 
Steps
1.
Remove the pit from avocado. Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh then cut into slices.
2.
Slice Baguette and toast them in an oven or air fryer. Then, place the avocado on top and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Smash the sardines and put on the toasts, splash some lemon juice and top with basil leaves.
