Ingredients

(2 servings) 2 pcs Del Monte South Africa Peach Halves Del Monte cranberries 70g low-fat Greek yogurt 2 slices thick sliced bread 1/2 tbsp honey 1 egg

Steps
|
|
Mix Greek yogurt, eggs and honey together, then set aside. |
|
Press the core of the sliced bread with a spoon. |
|
Slice the peaches into thin slices and assemble into the shape of rose. |
|
Fill the bread with the yogurt mixture, put the peach rose and cranberries on top, air fry at 180°C for 5-8 minutes then turn up the heat to 200°C for extra 3 minutes. |
