Rice Omelet with Tomato Sardine
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Sardine in Tomato Sauce 215g, Del Monte Tetra Pack Whole Kernel Corn 125g (1/3 box), Cooked Rice 1 bowl, Eggs 3pcs, Evaporated Milk 1tbsp, Onion 1/4
 
Marinade
Del Monte Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp, salt 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tbsp
 
Del Monte Sardine in Tomato Sauce
Steps
1.
Drain sardine and reserve the tomato sauce, mash the sardine.
2.
Pan-fry onion over medium heat, stir-fry with the cooked rice.
3.
Add mashed sardines, corn, pour the reserved tomato sauce, stir-fry and seasoning, set aside.
4.
Whisk eggs with evaporated milk, pan-fry at medium heat in a flat pan, place fried rice in the middle of the egg and fold it over in half, Drizzle with ketchup.

Sardines are good sources of Calcium, vitamins and omega-3. Recommended regular consumption of fish 2 -3 times weekly to meet adequate intake of omega 3 fatty acids.
