Del Monte Sardine in Tomato Sauce 215g, Del Monte Tetra Pack Whole Kernel Corn 125g (1/3 box), Cooked Rice 1 bowl, Eggs 3pcs, Evaporated Milk 1tbsp, Onion 1/4 |

Marinade
|
Del Monte Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp, salt 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tbsp |

Del Monte Sardine in Tomato Sauce
|
|
|
|
Steps
|
|
Drain sardine and reserve the tomato sauce, mash the sardine. |
|
Pan-fry onion over medium heat, stir-fry with the cooked rice. |
|
Add mashed sardines, corn, pour the reserved tomato sauce, stir-fry and seasoning, set aside. |
|
Whisk eggs with evaporated milk, pan-fry at medium heat in a flat pan, place fried rice in the middle of the egg and fold it over in half, Drizzle with ketchup. |
