Steps
|
|
Soften the butter at room temperature, sift flour and baking powder together, preheat oven. |

Put 2 pieces of pineapple into blender and blend until smooth. |
|
Whisk the butter until soft. Add sugar and beat to milky, then mix with egg. |
|
Sift the mixed flour for 3 times and stir with pineapple mash. |
|
Grease butter on rectangle mould, add (4), put pineapple slices and bake for 25 minutes at 180℃. Take out and glaze honey on top, bake for another 5 mins. Repeat process 2 times. Serve hot. |
