Pan-fried Fish Fillet with Creamy Curry Sauce
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Creamy Curry Pasta Sauce 1/2 box, fish fillet 2pcs, Del Monte Peeled Diced Potatoes 5pcs, Cherry Tomato 4pcs, Black Olive 5pcs, Asparagus 4pcs, Unsalted butter 10g, Finely chopped Parsley 1tsp, Salt and Pepper a pinch

Steps
1.
Wash and drain fish fillet. Marinade with salt and pepper for few mins.
2.
Fry dice potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and black olive over medium heat with olive oil, set aside.
3.
Cook fish fillet with medium heat and add butter at medium well. Pan-fry until golden and pour with (2).
4.
Boil cream curry pasta sauce and pour over fish fillet, serve hot.
