Del Monte Creamy Curry Pasta Sauce 1/2 box, fish fillet 2pcs, Del Monte Peeled Diced Potatoes 5pcs, Cherry Tomato 4pcs, Black Olive 5pcs, Asparagus 4pcs, Unsalted butter 10g, Finely chopped Parsley 1tsp, Salt and Pepper a pinch |

Steps
|
|
Wash and drain fish fillet. Marinade with salt and pepper for few mins. |
|
Fry dice potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and black olive over medium heat with olive oil, set aside. |

Cook fish fillet with medium heat and add butter at medium well. Pan-fry until golden and pour with (2). |

Boil cream curry pasta sauce and pour over fish fillet, serve hot. |
