Ingredients
Potato 1 pcs, Onion (Sliced) 1/4 pc, Thyme 1/2tsp, Anchovy sauce 1/2tsp, Parmesan Cheese 2tbsp, Del Monte Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce 100ml

Steps
1.
Peel and slice potatoes to 2mm thick, soak in water for a while and drain well, reserve.
2.
Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
3.
Pre-heat oven at 220ºC and bake for 30 mins.
