Ingredients
Sauce: Del Monte Cranberry 15g, Del Monte Raisin 15g, Del Monte Pineapple Chunks 150g, Del Monte Cranberry Juice 200ml, Sugar 3 tbsp, lemon juice 1tbsp,

Toast: Thick White Bread 4 pcs, Eggs 2 , Milk little

Steps

Sauce: Heat Del Monte Cranberry Juice, Cranberries and Pineapple Chunks over low heat, add sugar and lemon juice, stir and cook for 15 – 20 mins until thickened, set aside.

Cut thick white toast into small cubes. Whisk eggs with milk.

Stack 2 pieces of small white toast, soak with egg mixture and pan-fry until golden with medium low heat. Place on plate and serve with sauce (1).
