Ingredients
Panna Cotta: Milk 900ml, Whipping Cream 300ml, Sugar 100g, Gelatin 25g
Crystal Jelly: Del Monte Acai Blueberry Juice 200ml, Del Monte Cranberry Juice 200ml, Del Monte Pineapple Juice 200ml, Gelatin 30g, Del Monte Aloe Vera in lite syrup 100g, Del Monte Sliced Pineapple 100g, Blueberry 100g
 
Del Monte Aloe Vera in lite syrup
Aloe Vera contains rich dietary fiber which can give the sense of fullness and encourage intestinal motility.

Steps
1.
Boil Milk and Sugar, stir in soaked gelatin 25g until melted, put off from stove. Mix in Whipping Cream and then pour into jelly cups, freeze until firm as panna cotta.
2.
Heat small portion of Acai Blueberry Juice, stir in soaked Gelatin 10g until melt, put off from stove. Add remaining Acai Blueberry Juice then pour into mold, freeze until firm, cut into cubes and set aside.
3.
Make Cranberry Juice and Pineapple Juice into Jelly Cubes as same as step of (2).
4.
Garnish with Jelly Cubes, Blueberries, Aloe Vera and Pineapples on top of Panna Cotta and finish.
