Pan-fried Teriyaki Sardine with Fried Rice
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Sardine in Teriyaki Sauce 420g, Del Monte Tetra Recart Whole Kernel Corn 125g (1/3 box), Onion 1/4, Mashed Ginger 1 tbsp, Cooked Rice 1 bowl, Finely chopped Spring Onion a pinch

Seasoning:
Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Pepper and Salt a pinch
 
Del Monte Sardine in Teriyaki Sauce
Steps
1.
Drain sardine and reserve the teriyaki sauce, mash the sardine.
2.
Quick frying grated ginger and onion over medium heat, add cooked rice and stir well.
3.
Add sardine, teriyaki sauce, corn, stir constantly until cooked through. Drizzle soy sauce and seasoning. Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onion. Serve hot.
