Ingredients

Del Monte Sardine in Teriyaki Sauce 420g, Del Monte Tetra Recart Whole Kernel Corn 125g (1/3 box), Onion 1/4, Mashed Ginger 1 tbsp, Cooked Rice 1 bowl, Finely chopped Spring Onion a pinch
Seasoning: Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Pepper and Salt a pinch

Del Monte Sardine in Teriyaki Sauce

Steps
|
|
Drain sardine and reserve the teriyaki sauce, mash the sardine. |
|
Quick frying grated ginger and onion over medium heat, add cooked rice and stir well. |
|
Add sardine, teriyaki sauce, corn, stir constantly until cooked through. Drizzle soy sauce and seasoning. Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onion. Serve hot. |
