Ingredients
Del Monte Sardine in Miso Sauce 215g, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 3 tbsp, Onion 1/4, Eggs 3

Seasoning:
Salt and Pepper a pinch
 
Del Monte Sardine in Miso Sauce
Steps
1.
Drain sardine from the sauce and mash, dice onion.
2.
Put (1) into baking cup, pour in whisked egg, corn and seasoning.
3.
Preheat oven at 180℃ and bake for 10 mins.
