| Del Monte Creamy Curry Pasta Sauce 380g (1 box), Broccoli 1, Cauliflower 1/2, Red Onion 1/4, Carrot 1, Cheese some, Salt 1/2 tsp, Oil few drops |

Steps
|
|
Boil water, add salt and oil. Cook the chopped broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until medium-well done. Drain and set aside. |
|
Place (1) into baking tray, add Onions. Pour the Creamy Curry Pasta Sauce on top, sprinkle with Cheese powder. |
|
Preheat oven at 180℃, bake (2) for 10 – 12 mins. |
