Steps

Dice onion, stir-fry over medium heat. Slice mushroom and Shemeji mushroom, drizzle white wine, stir-fry and season. Pour over the cooked rice. |

Heat the creamy mushroom pasta sauce over medium-low heat, pour over (1). Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. |
