Ingredients

Del Monte Sliced Peaches 225g (1 can), Del Monte Peeled Diced Tomato 135g (1/3 can), Salmon Fillets 300g, Cucumber (diced) 1 tbsp, Onion (diced) 1 tbsp, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 tbsp

Salt and Pepper a pinch

Del Monte Peeled Diced Tomato

Steps
|
|
Marinade salmon with seasoning and set aside for a while. Then pan-fry over medium heat until golden, turn down to low heat and cook finish. |
|
Finely chop peaches and tomato, mix with cucumber and onion. Toss with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well into salsa. |
|
Serve salsa on top of the salmon. |
