Ingredients

Del Monte Sliced Pineapple (S) 1 can, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 1/3, Del Monte Raisins 2 tbsp, Sliced Chicken (Diced) 100g, Mixed Vegetable Peas 2 tbsp, Egg 1, Dry Onion 1 tbsp, Curry Powder 1 tbsp, Turmeric 1 tsp, Rice 2 bowls, Pork Floss 1 tbsp
Seasoning Water 1 tbsp, Salt tsp, Sugar and Pepper Powder a pinch |

Steps

Heat up the wok. Fry Sliced Chicken (Diced) until cooked. Reserve. |
|
Heat up with oil 3 tbsp and fry Dry Onion. Add Curry Powder and Turmeric and fry with Rice. Pour egg wash and fry well with seasoning. |
|
Add diced Pineapple, Mixed Vegetable Peas and Raisins and Fried well. Cover Pork Floss on top. |
