Fried Rice With Corn, Pineapple
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Sliced Pineapple (S) 1 can, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 1/3, Del Monte Raisins 2 tbsp, Sliced Chicken (Diced) 100g, Mixed Vegetable Peas 2 tbsp, Egg 1, Dry Onion 1 tbsp, Curry Powder 1 tbsp, Turmeric 1 tsp, Rice 2 bowls, Pork Floss 1 tbsp

Seasoning
Water 1 tbsp, Salt tsp, Sugar and Pepper Powder a pinch
 
Steps
1.
Heat up the wok. Fry Sliced Chicken (Diced) until cooked. Reserve.
2.
Heat up with oil 3 tbsp and fry Dry Onion. Add Curry Powder and Turmeric and fry with Rice. Pour egg wash and fry well with seasoning.
3.
Add diced Pineapple, Mixed Vegetable Peas and Raisins and Fried well. Cover Pork Floss on top.
