Quinoa Salad with Corn, Tomato
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 1/3 can, Del Monte Peeled Diced Tomatoes 1/2 can, Cucumber 1 pc, Quinoa 1/3 bowl, Lettuce 1/2

Seasoning:
Kikkoman Ponzu Shoyu 3 tbsp, Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
 
Steps
1.
Boil water. Add Quinoa and cook for 10 mins until soft. Drain and reserve.
2.
Cut Cucumber into dices and place it at the inner-bottom of glass. Add Diced Tomato and Corn.
3.
Stir well with seasoning and pour it into (2). Cover Quinoa and place shredded lettuce on top.
