Fried Fish Fillet with Crispy Corn
   
Ingredients
Sole Fillet/Grouper Fish Fillet 400g, Salt & Pepper a pinch, Egg 1, Cornstarch 2 tbsp, Breadcrumb 4 tbsp
 
Marinade
Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style 1 pack, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 3 tbsp, Milk 300ml, Egg 1
 
Steps
1.
Wash fish fillet and wipe dry. Marinade salt and pepper for 5 mins. Stir egg. Reserve.
2.
Dust Cornstarch, egg wash and Breadcrumbs on top of fish fillet in turn.
3.
Heat up oil over medium-high heat. Place fish fillet and stir until browned. Reserve. Heat up the wok again. Stir fish fillet until crispy. Place it over baking tray and drain excess oil with kitchen paper.
