French Peach Tart
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Peach Halves (M) 1 can, Round-shape mould of high cake body 8 pcs, Digestive Biscuit 14 pcs, Butter Solution 120g, Light Cream 60g, Egg Yolk 2, Condensed Milk 190g
 
Steps
1.
Grate Digestive Biscuit. Add Butter Solution and stir. Crush it in the mould and make it as a tart bottom. Put into freezer. Reserve.

Stir 4 pieces of Peach Halves by mixer until sauced. Reserve.
3.
Beat Egg Yolk. Add Light Cream and Condensed Milk. Stir and filter. Stir well with peach sauce.
4.
Pour (3) over tart bottom. Put into preheated oven at 180ÂșC and bake for 15-20 mins.
5.
Until cooled, put the mould aside. Add Peach Halves and Cherry Tomato.
