Ingredients

Del Monte Peach Halves (M) 1 can, Round-shape mould of high cake body 8 pcs, Digestive Biscuit 14 pcs, Butter Solution 120g, Light Cream 60g, Egg Yolk 2, Condensed Milk 190g |

Steps
|
|
Grate Digestive Biscuit. Add Butter Solution and stir. Crush it in the mould and make it as a tart bottom. Put into freezer. Reserve. |

Stir 4 pieces of Peach Halves by mixer until sauced. Reserve. |
|
Beat Egg Yolk. Add Light Cream and Condensed Milk. Stir and filter. Stir well with peach sauce. |
|
Pour (3) over tart bottom. Put into preheated oven at 180ÂșC and bake for 15-20 mins. |
|
Until cooled, put the mould aside. Add Peach Halves and Cherry Tomato. |
