Coconut Milk Pudding with Aloe Vera & Corn
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Aloe Vera 1/2 box, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 1/3 can, Coconut Milk 300g, Milk 200g, Gelatine 1 tbsp, Pudding Cup (200ml) 4 pcs
 
Steps
1.
Boil coconut milk, milk and sugar over low heat.
2.
Mix gelatine with water, add to (1) and stir well. Allow to cool.
3.
Place corn at the bottom of pudding cup, add aloe vera and fill up (2). Put into freezer for 2-3 hours.
4.
Garnish corn and aloe vera on top. Ready to serve.
