Thai Minced Meat Vermicelli Salad
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 3 tbsp, Vermicelli 1, Minced pork 100g, Celery 3 pcs, Shallot 1, Cherry Tomato 6, Lime Juice 1 tsp
 
Marinade
Fish Sauce 2 tsp, Sugar & Pepper Powder some
 
Steps
1.
Cook vermicelli until soft. Drain and reserve.
2.
Marinade minced meat for 10 minutes. Heat up the pan and fry the pork until well done.
3.
Cut shallot, celery into pieces, and cut cherry tomato into a half.
4.
Place vermicelli and (3) in a bowl, mix with thai sweet chilli sauce. Drizzle with lime juice. Ready to serve.
