Ingredients

Del Monte Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 3 tbsp, Vermicelli 1, Minced pork 100g, Celery 3 pcs, Shallot 1, Cherry Tomato 6, Lime Juice 1 tsp |

Marinade
|
Fish Sauce 2 tsp, Sugar & Pepper Powder some |

Steps
|
|
Cook vermicelli until soft. Drain and reserve. |
|
Marinade minced meat for 10 minutes. Heat up the pan and fry the pork until well done. |
|
Cut shallot, celery into pieces, and cut cherry tomato into a half. |
|
Place vermicelli and (3) in a bowl, mix with thai sweet chilli sauce. Drizzle with lime juice. Ready to serve. |
