Cold Beancurd with Miso Sardines
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Sardine in Miso Sauce 215g, Beancurd 1 pc, Finely chopped Spring Onion a pinch, Shredded Dried Fish a pinch
 
Steps
1.
Sieve sardine from miso sauce, set aside. Mash sardine.
2.
Put sardine over beancurd and place shredded dried fish. Pour miso sauce on top and sprinkle with finely chopped spring onion.

Sardines are good sources of Calcium, vitamins and omega-3. Regular consumption of fish 2 -3 times per week is recommended to meet adequate intake of omega 3 fatty acids.
