Pan-fried Duck Breast with Peach
   
Ingredients
Duck Breast around 200g, Salt 1/2 tsp, Shredded Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
 
Marinade
Sauce: Del Monte S. Africa Peach Halves (M) 1 can, Lemon Peel 1 tsp, Whisky 2 tbsp, Syrup (inside the can) 1 tbsp
 
Steps
1.
Blend peach halves into juice, reserve.

Slightly slice duck breast skin. Marinade duck breast with black pepper and salt for 10 minutes.
3.
Pan-fry duck breast with medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn over the duck breast and pan-fry for another 4 minutes. Set aside.
4.
Heat another pan. Pour (1), water and whisky. Add duck breast and cook for 3 minutes under medium heat. Sprinkle with lemon peel. Serve hot.
