Ingredients
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn 1/2 can, Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes – Mexican 1/2 can, Chicken Fillet 150 g, Onion 1/2 pc, Green Pepper 1 pc, Tortillas 4pcs, Shredded Mexican Cheese 30g, Sour Cream 3 tbsp
 
Marinade
Del Monte Wasabi Mayonnaise 3 tbsp, Avocado 1 pc

Seasoning
Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce 1 tbsp, Black Pepper a pinch, Salt a pinch
 
Steps
1.
Dice chicken fillet, stewed tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Reserve.
2.
Heat the pot with oil. Cook diced chicken fillet, onion, green pepper, stewed tomatoes and whole kernel corn with teriyaki marinade & sauce until well down. Set Aside.
3.
Preheat oven at 180∘C. Put tortillas over the baking tray. Place cheese and (2) on top. Cover with cheese and tortillas. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
4.
Dice avocado, toss well with wasabi mayonnaise. Spread sour cream on tortillas and done.
