Del Monte Peeled Diced Tomatoes 1/2 can, Del Monte Tomato Paste 1 tbsp, Mussel 500g, Chorizo 50g, Onion (Diced) 2 tbsp, Shredded Parsley 1 tbsp, Shredded Black Pepper a pinch, White Wine 2 tbsp, Smashed Garlic 2 tsp, Butter 20 g, Water 3 tbsp |

Steps

Dice chorizo, reserve. |
|
Heat the pot with butter. Stir-fry garlic, diced onion and dice chorizo. |
|
Add mussels into (2), drizzle white wine and boil until the alcohol is volatilized. Cook with diced tomatoes, tomato paste and water until mussel shells open. Sprinkle with shredded black pepper and shredded parsley. Ready to serve. |
