Chicken Skewers with Roasted Pineapple
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Sliced Pineapple 4 slices, Chicken 1 pc (chopped)
 
Marinade
Del Monte Tomato Ketchup 1 tsp, Pineapple Juice 1 tsp, Kikkoman soy sauce 1 tsp, Worcestershire 2 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp, Starch 1 tbsp, Black Pepper 1/2 tbsp

Sauce: Del Monte Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
 
Steps
1.
Marinade chicken for 2 hours or more and chop into cube. Reserve.
2.
Drain pineapple slices and chop into small pieces.
3.
Preheat oven at 180’C for 10 minutes.
4.
Shewer marinaded chicken and pineapple. Bake for 15 minutes.
5.
Ready to serve with thai sweet chilli sauce.
