Del Monte Sliced Pineapple 4 slices, Chicken 1 pc (chopped) |

Marinade
|
Del Monte Tomato Ketchup 1 tsp, Pineapple Juice 1 tsp, Kikkoman soy sauce 1 tsp, Worcestershire 2 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp, Starch 1 tbsp, Black Pepper 1/2 tbsp
Sauce: Del Monte Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce |

Steps
|
|
Marinade chicken for 2 hours or more and chop into cube. Reserve. |
|
Drain pineapple slices and chop into small pieces. |
|
Preheat oven at 180’C for 10 minutes. |
|
Shewer marinaded chicken and pineapple. Bake for 15 minutes. |
|
Ready to serve with thai sweet chilli sauce. |
