Fried Pork Neck with Pineapple, Sweet and Sour Ginger
   
Ingredients
Del Monte Pineapple Chunks 4 tsp (drained), Pork Neck 320g (diced), Sweet and Sour Ginger 3 tsp (diced), Long red pepper 1 pc (chopped)
 
Marinade
Rice Wine 2 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp, Kikkoman soy sauce 2 tbsp, Starch 1 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tbsp, Salt 1/3 tbsp, Pepper Powder some
 
Steps
1.
Marinade pork neck for 30 minutes.

Heat up the pan, fry chopped pork neck over medium-high heat. Drain oil. Reserve.
3.
Put pineapple chunks, red pepper & ginger over medium-low heat. Add pork neck and stir well. Ready to serve.
