Del Monte Pitted Prunes 8 dices, Del Monte Peeled Diced Tomatoes, Chicken 1 pc (peeled; slightly sliced), Onion 3 tsp (chopped), Garlic 1 tsp, Parsley some |

Marinade
|
Liquor 2 tsp, Salt some, Black Pepper some
Seasoning: Del Monte Tomato Chili Ketchup 2 tsp, Del Monte Tomato Paste 2 tbsp, Sugar 3 tbsp, Vinegar 3 tbsp, Salt some, Black Pepper some |

Steps

Marinade chicken for 15 minutes. |
|
Put pitted prune into chicken. Roll it with aluminum foil. |
|
Boil water over the medium-high heat. Cook chicken roll for 5 minutes and then cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Set aside. Reserve. |
|
Heat up the pan, saute onion and garlic. Add diced tomatoes and the seasonings. Cook sauce over slow heat for 10 minutes. Remove. |
|
Place chopped pitted prune chicken roll into the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Ready to serve. |
