Ingredients
Del Monte Peeled Diced Tomatoes 1 can, Del Monte Sliced Pineapple (diced) 1 slice, Minced Pork 250g, Egg 1 pc, Cheese 1 slice, Garlic 1 tsp, Basil some
 
Marinade
Salt 1/2 tbsp, Black Pepper 1/2 tbsp, Nutmeg 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tbsp, Olive Oil 2 tbsp, Corn Starch 1 tsp

Seasoning: Del Monte Pineapple Ketchup 2 tsp, Black Vinegar 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp, Salt 1/3 tbsp
 
Steps
1.
Marinade minced pork with seasoning and egg for 30 minutes.

Take out 3-4 tsp of minced pork each and wrap 1 dice of pineapple & cheese a pinch inside forming a meatball shape. Heat up and deep-fry over medium heat until well done.
3.
Saute garlic, add diced tomatoes, pineapple ketchup, remaining pineapple dices and seasoning. Put off from stove after cooked and mix with basil. Put fried meatball on top. Ready to serve.
