Marinade
|
Salt 1/2 tbsp, Black Pepper 1/2 tbsp, Nutmeg 1/2 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tbsp, Olive Oil 2 tbsp, Corn Starch 1 tsp
Seasoning: Del Monte Pineapple Ketchup 2 tsp, Black Vinegar 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp, Salt 1/3 tbsp |

Steps
|
|
Marinade minced pork with seasoning and egg for 30 minutes. |
|
Take out 3-4 tsp of minced pork each and wrap 1 dice of pineapple & cheese a pinch inside forming a meatball shape. Heat up and deep-fry over medium heat until well done. |

Saute garlic, add diced tomatoes, pineapple ketchup, remaining pineapple dices and seasoning. Put off from stove after cooked and mix with basil. Put fried meatball on top. Ready to serve. |
