Ingredients
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn1 can, Plain Flour 250g, Milk 90g, Sugar 40g, Yeast 3g, Olive Oil 8g
 
Steps
1.
Blend corns until it becomes creamy. Take 90g only.
2.
Stir the yeast with milk until it is totally dissolved.

Mix the plain flour and sugar together then add (1) & (2). Knead it into a smooth dough. Set it for 5 mins.
4.
Roll the dough and shape it as rectangular. Fold it three times. Repeat step 4 once and roll it into a strip
5.
Cut both front and back ends. Divide the strip into 8 pieces.
6.
Let them ferment for 50-60 mins and make them chick-alike after that.
Steam it for 20 mins then uncover it slightly. Take it out 5 mins later.
