Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn1 can, Plain Flour 250g, Milk 90g, Sugar 40g, Yeast 3g, Olive Oil 8g |

Steps
|
|
Blend corns until it becomes creamy. Take 90g only. |
|
Stir the yeast with milk until it is totally dissolved. |
|
Mix the plain flour and sugar together then add (1) & (2). Knead it into a smooth dough. Set it for 5 mins. |
|
Roll the dough and shape it as rectangular. Fold it three times. Repeat step 4 once and roll it into a strip |
|
Cut both front and back ends. Divide the strip into 8 pieces. |
|
Let them ferment for 50-60 mins and make them chick-alike after that. Steam it for 20 mins then uncover it slightly. Take it out 5 mins later. |
