Del Monte S. Africa Peach Halves (M) 1 can, Glutinous Rice Flour 100g, Corn Starch 15g, Rice Flour 15g, Sugar 40g, Coconut Milk 250g, Shredded Coconut little

Steps
|
|
Separate the peach from water and cut them into pieces. |
|
Mix the glutinous rice flour, rice flour, corn starch, sugar and coconut milk. Stir it until it is paste-alike. |
|
Screen the mixture (2) and pour them into a mold with tracing paper. Scrape it smooth with a scraper. |
|
Steam it for 10 mins. Remove it from mold. Let it cool. |
|
Sprinkle shredded coconut on a piece of cling wrap. Put (4) on it. |
|
Tear the tracing paper. Put peaches on it. Roll and cut it. |
|
