Ingredients
Del Monte S. Africa Peach Halves (M) 1 can, Glutinous Rice Flour 100g, Corn Starch 15g, Rice Flour 15g, Sugar 40g, Coconut Milk 250g, Shredded Coconut little

 
Steps
1.
Separate the peach from water and cut them into pieces.
2.
Mix the glutinous rice flour, rice flour, corn starch, sugar and coconut milk. Stir it until it is paste-alike.
3.
Screen the mixture (2) and pour them into a mold with tracing paper. Scrape it smooth with a scraper.
4.
Steam it for 10 mins. Remove it from mold. Let it cool.
5.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on a piece of cling wrap. Put (4) on it.
6.
Tear the tracing paper. Put peaches on it. Roll and cut it.
