Japanese Tomato Shrimp Rice Omelet
   
Ingredients
(For 2 servings): Del Monte Tomato Creamy Soup 1 box, Shrimp 150 g (around 10 pcs), Red Onion (shred) 1 pc, Mushroom (sliced) 4 pcs, Eggs (big) 2 pcs, Rice 2 bowls, Broccoli (side dishes) some
 
Marinade
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp, Salt 1/2 tsp, Garlic 2 tsp
 
Steps
1.
Add marinade and mix with shrimp.

Beat the egg, heat the pan with medium heat with oil, Pan-fry the beaten egg to forms a thin wrap like a pancake. Add rice on it and Fold up the egg wrap to form a rice omelet.

Fried the red onion, mushroom and shrimp. Add Del Monte Tomato creamy soup. Put them on top of the omelet and some broccoli as side dishes. Ready to serve.
