Ingredients
(For 12 servings): Del Monte Mixed Vegetables 1 box, Cheese Shredder 120g, Eggs (big) 6 pcs, Onion (small) 1 pc, Bacon 4-5 pcs, Black Pepper 4-6 tsp
 
Steps
1.
Drain the Del Monte Mixed Vegetables, beat the egg, cut the onion, chopped the bacon, add and stir well with cheese shredder and black pepper

Put (1) on baking paper evenly or oiled muffin mold till 90% full.

Baked it with preheated oven for 180°C and 15 mins. Ready to serve.
 
Nutrition
Baked the Mixed Vegetables Cheese Egg Cakes in advance and saved in the refrigerator for 7 days, reheat in baker/ rice cooker before serving.
