Ingredients
(For 2 servings): Del Monte Baked Beans (190g) 2 boxes, Del Monte Diced Tomatoes ½ can, Bread (toasted crispy) 4 slices, Bacon (cut into strips) 2 slices, Mushrooms (sliced) 4 pcs, eggs 2 pcs, Ice Water 1 bowl |
Marinade
Red Pepper Powder 1 tsp, Black Pepper appropriate, White Vinegar 2 tsp |
Del Monte Baked Beans (190g x 3packs)
Steps
Boil a pot of water. When the water smokes a lot, adjust to small heat and add white vinegar. Then, use a spoon to rotate in the water to form a small whirlpool. Slide the egg and soak for 3 minutes. |
Put the eggs into the ice water immediately after taking them out from the pot and wait for 5 minutes and drain them properly. |
Heat a wok over medium heat, add a little oil and saute the bacons until fragrant. Then, stir-fry well with the mushrooms, add the diced tomatoes and boil. |
Add the Del Monte Baked Beans, red pepper powder and a little black pepper. Cook until the desired consistency is reached. |
Finally, pour an appropriate amount of baked beans on the bread, put the boiled egg on top of it, sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper, and serve. |
