Ingredients
(For 2 servings): Del Monte Baked Beans (190g) 1 box, Hotdog Buns 2pcs, Pork Sausages 2 pcs, Onion 1 pc, Mozzarella Cheese 60g, Yellow Mustard 30g, Mayonnaise 30g
Del Monte Baked Beans (190g x 3packs)
Steps
Peel the onion and cut into strips; poke holes in the pork intestines with a toothpick; mix mustard and mayonnaise well and set aside. |
Heat a wok over medium heat, add 1 tsp of oil, fry the onions for about 7 minutes until soft and golden brown and set aside. |
Heat the same pot over medium-to-low heat, add pork sausages, fry until golden on the surface and cooked through (if you want to speed up the cooking, you can cover and fry from time to time), about 8-10 minutes. |
Use the same pot with low heat, open the hot dog bun with the inner side facing the bottom, and fry until slightly crispy. |
Turn over the hotdog bun, add onions, pork sausages, Del Monte Baked Beans and mozzarella cheese in order. Cover and fry until the cheese melts. |
Finally, take out the hot dog and add mustard mayonnaise and serve! |
