Penne Bolognaise with Baked Beans
   
Ingredients
(For 2 servings): Del Monte Baked Beans (190g) 1 box, Del Monte Sauce 1 can, Penne 200g, Minced Beef 200g, Onion (chopped) ½ pc, Spaghetti Water 100ml, Cheddar Cheese 50g
 
Marinade
Mixed Dried Herbs 1 tsp, Sea Salt 1 tsp, Black Pepper ½ tsp, Olive Oil 2 tbsp
 
Del Monte Baked Beans (190g x 3packs)
Steps
1.
Boil a pot of water, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook the Penne for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat after cooking, no need to drain.
2.
Heat a wok over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the chopped onions until soft. Then, add the minced beef and fry until slightly discolored.
3.
Add the mixed dried herbs, sea salt, black pepper and the tomato sauce and mix well.
4.
Add Del Monte Baked Beans and the penne water and boil.
5.
Add the penne and cheddar cheese, mix well, and cook until the sauce is thickened.
6.
You can place more cheese on top and serve.
