Ingredients
|
(For 2 servings): Del Monte Baked Beans (190g) 1 box, Del Monte Sauce 1 can, Penne 200g, Minced Beef 200g, Onion (chopped) ½ pc, Spaghetti Water 100ml, Cheddar Cheese 50g |

Marinade
|
Mixed Dried Herbs 1 tsp, Sea Salt 1 tsp, Black Pepper ½ tsp, Olive Oil 2 tbsp |

Del Monte Baked Beans (190g x 3packs)

Steps
|
|
Boil a pot of water, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook the Penne for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat after cooking, no need to drain. |
|
Heat a wok over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the chopped onions until soft. Then, add the minced beef and fry until slightly discolored. |
|
Add the mixed dried herbs, sea salt, black pepper and the tomato sauce and mix well. |
|
Add Del Monte Baked Beans and the penne water and boil. |
|
Add the penne and cheddar cheese, mix well, and cook until the sauce is thickened. |
|
You can place more cheese on top and serve. |
