Italian Tomato and Vegetable Soup Macaroni
   
Ingredients
(for 2 servings): Del Monte Mixed Vegetables (190g) 2 boxes, Del Monte Tomato Paste 1 tsp, Macaroni 160g, Small Tomato 3 pcs, Onion ½ pc, Bay Leaves 3 pcs, Thyme Few, Sugar 1 tbsp, Sea Salt 1 tsp, Water 1L
 
Del Monte Mixed Vegetables (190g x 3 packs)
Steps
1.
Chop the onion; dice the tomatoes.

Boil a pot of water, add a little olive oil and cook the macaroni for 5 minutes. Then drain and set aside.

Heat the pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and saute the onions until soft. Then, add the tomatoes and mix well.
4.
Add Del Monte Tomato Paste, bay leaves, thyme, water and cook for 7 minutes.

Add Del Monte Mixed Vegetables, season with sea salt and sugar, and cook for 3 more minutes.
6.
Put the macaroni into the vegetable soup, mix well and turn off the heat to serve.
