Grilled steak Quinoa Salad
   
Ingredients
3 tbsps. Del Monte Tetra Pak Whole Kernel Corn
1 piece of Del Monte S. Africa Peach Halves
1 sirloin steak (100g)
1/2 bowl tricolor quinoa (cooked)
2 bowls Salad blend (washed)
5 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsps. Low-fat Sesame Sauce
 
Steps

Pat steak dry from blood with a kitchen towel, also remove the fats and tendons, marinate with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.

Separate the peach from the syrup, dice it.

Wash the tricolor quinoa with running water. To cook it, steam the tricolor quinoa together with 1.5 bowls of water for 10 minutes, then turn the stove off and let the remaining heat cook for another 10 minutes. Drain it afterwards.

Fry the steak on a hot pan until it reaches your ideal doneness, season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for a few minutes and then slice it.

Place salad blend, diced peach, corn, cherry tomatoes and cooked quinoa on a plate, put the steaks on top and top with low-fat sesame sauce.
